Character Classes

The next step is to pick a class. In Dungeons & Dragons, classes define your character's abilities, skills, and the role of your character. Here is a quick overview of each class from the Player's Handbook:

Barbarian

Barbarians are masters of primal rage who specialize in melee combat, using their rage to boost strength, resilience, and damage output.

Known for their charismatic performances and spellcasting, bards use music, storytelling, oratory, and other forms of artistic expression to inspire allies.

Fighter

Monk

Paladin

A Paladin is a holy warrior whose oaths grant them the power to smite evil, protect innocents, and heal allies. They are heavily armored champions who blend martial prowess with divine magic.

Ranger

Often forming bonds with animals, rangers are skilled at ranged combat, survival skills, and scouting. They can specialize in archery, two-weapon fighting, or spellcasting with an emphasis on tracking and nature.

Rogue

Warlocks gains magical power through partnership with supernatural beings. They can harness dark powers, fey influences, or eldritch knowledge through eldritch invocations.
